Exercise Scientist/Personal Trainer

Hi!
My name is Luke. I'm an Exercise Scientist, Personal Trainer and Remedial Massage Therapist running my own business out of Anytime Fitness in Chippendale under the name Movement Harmony.
I'm looking for, ideally, an exercise science graduate, however will also consider the right personal trainer who is
-open minded
-has an interest in posture, self care and body connection
-keen to learn how to train people in a way that is self-caring
-will be happy to train people using light weights (I am against heavy weights)
-be open to change your own style of training to reflect how we want others to train
-would be keen to learn more about integrating holistic and mental health with physical exercise
-is friendly, warm and enjoys connecting with others
-has Cert III or IV in PT or is an Exercise and Sport Science/Exercise Physiology/Physiotherapy graduate or soon to be graduate
-ideally, but non essentially, can speak Chinese at least somewhat basically
Most of the above are non-negotiable. My philosophy is that exercise should be about self care, as in - we're being healthy and caring to ourselves and our body with our training. Most of the training I see in the gym isn't this - heavy weights, lack of warming up, no stretching, poor technique, overtraining, junk volume, completely checked out and not present in the movement, intentions coming from lack, pushing through pain and injuries etc. This is something I'm keen to change client by client and trainer by trainer. We're not going to be contributing to people hurting themselves and feeding into any lack of self-worth issues!
For me, exercise should:
-Not be an isolated part of your life, but complement the other 23 hours you aren't in the gym
-Be healthy to not just your muscles but your connective tissue, joints, tendons, ligaments, heart etc
-Have more energy at the end of a workout rather than depleted
-Posture and range of movement should improve each session - not get tighter as you go on
-Make you more present in your body, not less present
-Improve your day-to-day movement quality outside the gym
-And definitely NOT contribute to injuries - ever!
For the right trainer, you'll be:
-Given your clients directly from me
-Paid $45-$55/hour + bonuses (this can change to a revenue split later on)
-Get your gym rent paid for you (I'll cover 100% of the rent to the gym)
-Have access to a PT app for scheduling, programming etc with whole exercise library filmed and given
-Have contracts and payment processing and forms taken care of for you
-Have clients given to you directly - no need to walk the floor
-Discounted remedial massage and physiotherapy
-Much more
You'll also receive a TONNE of invaluable education, support and upskilling by me. (I've been a PT for 10 years now, as well as having worked and currently work with physios, osteos, chiros as part of my remedial massage job).
Expect to get busy very quickly.
There are a lot of Chinese speaking clients in the gym and area - and someone who can speak Mandarin Chinese is highly, highly valued. This isn't essential, but highly, highly preferred.
