About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Welfare Services Manager to oversee and lead high-quality disability support services. You will play a key role in managing day to day operations, staff leadership, service coordination, and ensuring compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of disability support workers and coordinators

• Oversee service delivery ensuring person-centred, strengths-based support

• Ensure compliance with all legislative, funding and accreditation requirements

• Develop and implement policies, procedures and service improvements

• Liaise with families, carers, NDIS participants, external agencies, and stakeholders

• Manage budgets, reporting, and resource allocation effectively

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Health, Social Work, Disability, Community Services, or similar

• Proven leadership experience in the disability or community care sector

• In-depth knowledge of NDIS guidelines and regulations

• Exceptional communication, organisation, and people management skills

• A genuine commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and human rights

Essential Requirements

• National Police Check

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Full working rights in Australia
