Some testimonials from our Staff:
“I completed 5 weeks of placement at NRG while completing my Masters of Exercise Physiology. I was able to learn how rewarding and fulfilling the job of an exercise physiologist is while also being supported and welcomed as a student. I loved every second of completing my placement with NRG and when the job opportunity arose I jumped at the position. Now as a staff member, I continue to feel supported and heard by both the exercise physiology and physiotherapy team, I am also encouraged to grow and pursue my interest within the company. The culture at NRG is extremely positive and inclusive and I couldn’t ask for a better bunch to work with each day"

Both the staff at NRG and the clients we see are nothing but beautiful; always welcoming everybody into the building and willing to go the extra mile to support the community"
Lachie and Rose - Admin Assistants
“During my 18 months with NRG, I have been lucky to work alongside highly skilled physiotherapists and have had exposure to wide range of neurological specialties. This experience has played a huge role in shaping my own career aspirations. NRG fosters a culture of strong clinical mentorship and knowledge sharing, and I have received unwavering support in my own professional development, including opportunities to attend various courses that interest me. At NRG we also understand the importance of enjoying our time together. It was easy to integrate as a member of the team whilst participating in numerous social events throughout the year. I wholeheartedly recommend NRG as the ideal place for neurological physiotherapists to further develop their skills and progress their career”
Laura Blandy- Senior Physiotherapist
“I have worked for NRG for over 4 years and feel very lucky to be a part of a team that is so passionate about their patients and how we support them throughout their rehabilitation journey. The caseload of patients that we see is extremely mixed, and therefore our clinicians are versatile, and each one brings a different combination of experience and skillsets to the team. I enjoy my role and am proud to work in a clinic that is invested in both improving the lives of our patient community, as well as the skillsets and job satisfaction of our clinicians”
