We import, sell, install and service commercial kitchen and laundry equipment nationwide. We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician with an electrical and/or gas license to join our dynamic service and spare parts team in South Australia.

The Position

This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in the repair and maintenance of kitchen and/or laundry equipment, but we also welcome candidates with the right trade background looking to transition into a new industry.

With a broad customer base and diverse equipment range, every day offers something different keeping the work engaging and rewarding. In this role you will be responsible for performing planned maintenance and repairs, responding to breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime, and delivering exceptional service and technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Service, repair and maintain a variety of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns

Accurately diagnose faults and implement effective solutions

Communicate clearly with customers and represent the business professionally

Complete service reports and documentation via tablet-based systems

What You’ll Need to Succeed

A current electrical and/or gas trade qualification

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Current Australian driver’s licence

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Good written and verbal communication skills

Physical ability to carry out technician duties

A commitment to customer service and safety

A positive, professional attitude
