Busy Bees at Lane Cove isn’t just another early learning centre – it’s a beautifully restored, heritage-listed gem and the crown jewel of our portfolio. Following an extensive refurbishment, we’re preparing for a grand reopening – and we want you to help lead the way.

With strong interest from the local community, this is a rare opportunity to shape a centre from the ground up. We’re looking for a passionate, proactive Centre Director/Service Manager and a 2IC (Assistant Service Manager) to partner with our Senior Service Manager and Area Manager and bring our vision to life.

What You’ll Bring

✅ Qualifications

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)

First Aid Certificate including Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

✅ Skills & Attributes

Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS

Leadership experience that inspires and motivates teams

Confidence in managing operations and family relationships

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude

✨ Desirable Extras

Prior experience as a Centre Director, 2IC, Assistant Director or in a start-up ECEC service

Expertise in team building, onboarding, and service launch

Proficiency with ECEC management systems

A commitment to reflection, innovation, and continuous improvement
