About the role

As a Workshop Technician at Marcem Australia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery and equipment. Based in our Karratha Workshop, this full-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment

Conduct calibration and testing of equipment

Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards

Documenting work completed and maintaining accurate records

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure jobs are packed and dispatched on time.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing ideas

What we're looking for

Relevant technical qualifications or experience as a Workshop Technician or similar role

Strong mechanical aptitude

Proficient in the use of various workshop tools, equipment and testing procedures

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders

A proactive and collaborative approach to your work
