Front End Loader Operator

Full time hours with OT + Saturdays.

Good, clean and well-maintained plant and equipment.

Work with an established sand and soil manufacturing and supply company.

Located at Woongoolba Queensland in the corridor between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

We are seeking a motivated Front End Loader operator competent in efficiently loading trucks, mixing/batching and screening bulk landscape supplies to support operations at our Woongoolba plant.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Front End Loader with a background in sales loader operation.

Other duties will include mixing and screening, general maintenance, manual handling tasks, housekeeping and basic reporting duties. You must be reliable, have good communication skills and comfortable working in varying outdoor conditions (i.e. hot/sunny days, wind, rain and dirty conditions at times).

As part of a small, close-knit team, you’ll be expected to contribute positively to the workplace and ensure operations run smoothly. Early starts are required, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are a must.
