Position Available: Montessori Trained Early Childhood Educator

Location: Langwarrin Montessori Child Care Centre

Job Type: Full Time / Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Trained Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the Langwarrin Montessori Child Care Centre. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with experienced teachers and contribute to a high-quality educational program.

Requirements:

Reliable and strong team player

Formal Montessori training or experience required

Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to developing young minds during their most precious years

Ability to be flexible and effectively set priorities in the workplace

Must have own transport and be within easy commuting distance to Langwarrin

Ability to work rostered shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

Deliver educational programs that align with Montessori philosophy and our service standards.

Manage daily operations within the classroom, ensuring compliance with child health and safety regulations.

Develop and maintain quality educational practices that enhance children’s learning and wellbeing.

Build collaborative relationships with staff, families, and the community to foster an inclusive atmosphere.

Desirable:

Experience in additional disciplines such as music, dance, or creative arts is highly favourable.
