Position Description:

Sparkle by Mia is rapidly emerging as one of the leading cleaning companies in the Pilbara region, offering both cleaning and gardening maintenance services to residential and commercial clients. We are committed to excellence and have built a strong reputation through hard work and dedication over the past three years.

We are seeking an experienced Carpet Cleraner to join our team at Sparkle by Mia in South Hedland, Western Australia. This role will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and professional welcome to our business.

What is expected of you:

· Assess carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture to determine the most suitable cleaning method.

· Treating stains and heavily soiled areas using appropriately selected cleaning agents.

· Operate a variety of cleaning equipment, including steam cleaners, vacuums, and extraction machines.

· Apply deodorizing products and soil repellent treatments as needed.

· Thoroughly remove residual moisture from cleaned surfaces to ensure proper drying.

· Inspect all cleaned areas to confirm high standards of cleanliness and quality.

· Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain a tidy, organized work area.

· Operating pile-lifting machines across carpets and brushing fibers to restore and fluff the nap

· Applying soil-repellent treatments, deodorizers, and pest control agents to carpets

· Cleaning stone walls, metal surfaces, fascias, and window frames using high-pressure washers and chemical solvents.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear, professional communication with clients.

· Support overall business operations by assisting with additional cleaning duties as required.

What we are looking for:

· Previous minimum 1 year of experience in Carpet or Upholstery cleaning.

· Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and safe handling of chemicals.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
