What You'll Be Doing

Providing high-quality food, beverage, and gaming service to guests

Creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in all areas of the hotel

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented environment across the bar, housekeeping, and gaming spaces

Assisting with inventory and stock control

Complying with all health, safety, and licensing standards

Working collaboratively to support your team and enhance the guest experience

What We're Looking For

RSA & RSG certification is essential

Previous experience in a hospitality, bar, gaming or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for providing premium-level service

Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy, fast-paced venue

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

A strong team ethic with the initiative to work independently when needed
