About the Role:

Complete Staff Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Operator/Labourer to join the team of an Australian industry leader in Morwell, VIC 3840.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to the growth of the facility.

Days & Hours:

Commencement Date: ASAP

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (extra hours may be available)

Payrate: $35 per hour

Casual - Required for a few weeks. Potential extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate forklifts to lift materials, machinery and pallets

Transport timber/pallets within the warehouse

Organise and stack pallets (up to 17 high)

Ensure all material handling is in accordance with workplace health and safety standards

Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues

Contribute to the overall productivity and organisation of warehouse operations

Collaborate with the wider team to support efficient flow of goods

What We’re Looking For:

Valid forklift licence (LF) and a minimum of 1 year’s experience operating forklifts

Experience in loading and unloading trucks

Strong communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately

Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs

Must have own reliable transportation

Must complete and pass a drug and alcohol test before commencement
