The Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive, detail orientated, customer service person to join our warehouse team. The Yardperson position is a manual labour and forklift role, focusing on the accurate and timely picking and preparation of customer and truck orders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Accurate, picking and preparation of customer and truck orders for pick-up and delivery.

· Safely and correctly loading customer vehicles and trucks.

· Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and storage.

· Following safety procedures and expectations.

6. Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of stock and processes.

Experience and Qualifications

1. Experience in a similar role (beneficial if manufacturing or warehousing).

2. Timber and building supplies knowledge (beneficial, but not required).

3. Current forklift ticket (beneficial if experience with long, heavy packs).

4. Work rights in Australia.
