Limitless Chassis is a highly respected 4WD modification and repair workshop who specialise in all types of under body modification, repairs and rebuilds, from chassis extensions to crash damage and repairing rusty old beach cruisers we handle it all in house with a keen eye for detail and a reputation that keeps us at the top of the game.

We're a small team of very hard working members who love what we do and take pride in our work, delivering jobs quickly and to a high standard to keep our customers enjoying the outdoors.

The job:

It'll often be dirty, noisy and messy but very rewarding when you stand back and say "I did that!". You're here to help the team strip and rebuild the cars based on what they're here for. One day you will be helping the mechanic pull parts off a car so the fab team can get in and complete a chassis extension. The next day you will be painting and sealing the chassis ready for re-assembly. On another day you will have a wire wheel on a grinder in one hand and a needle gun in the other cleaning dirt and rust off a chassis so you can repaint it and get it back to new. The good news is that we only do the under bodies, we don't do body work so you don't need to be a trade qualified painter to complete this role.

The job is fast paced as you will be the main painter and jobs turn over quickly.

You're responsible for painting and then washing every vehicle that passes through the workshop.

There is a lot of moving from one job to the next, as you let paints dry you will be prepping the next job or helping reassemble the job from yesterday.

About you:

You will need to be focused and have a keen eye, good attention to detail is also critical as you will be responsible for a lot of the finishing work, which showcases the rest of the team. You will need a good memory to know where you've been and where you're going next. You also need to be clean and tidy as paint is always trying to escape and we like a clean workshop so we know where everything is.

Attention to detail is a must

Punctual and a good time keeper

Ideally you have experience with spray painting, we don't use 2 pack and we don't do body work but you must know your way around a spray gun

Must be good with power tools, we mainly use grinders and air chisels

Need to be able to drive manual and have a valid driver license (can be auto)

Be ready to work and get dirty

We will take on a school leaver if you think you have the skill set

4 day weeks, yes you read right, we work a 38 hour 4 day week. Our days start at 6am and finish at 4pm Monday - Thursday so that means a long weekend every weekend! The role is full time but there is no room for over time as you're already here for 10 hours a day.
