Situated in a town surrounded by stunning outback scenery and rich cultural heritage, this school offers the chance to teach in a setting where relationships, resilience, and purpose matter deeply.

About the Role
You’ll join a close-knit staff committed to delivering holistic education grounded in Christian values. This role involves teaching Maths and Science across a flexible range of year levels (minimum Years 7–10), with the potential to support other areas based on your strengths and interests. With small class sizes and an emphasis on student support, you’ll have the opportunity to tailor your teaching and make a lasting difference in the lives of your students.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced in teaching Maths and Science (Years 7–10 and beyond)

Open to teaching in a flexible and multi-year-level context

Community-minded and culturally aware

Adaptable, resilient, and supportive of Christian values, although you don't have to be a practicing Christian.

Must-Have Requirements

Current Queensland teacher registration (or eligibility to obtain it)

Full working rights in Australia

Willingness to provide 2–3 references and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet child safeguarding requirements
