Responsibilities:

• Be the star and inspiration of our operation; set the pace.

• Managing inventory, planning menus, and controlling costs to optimise operations

About You:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree. Alternatively, 3 years of work experience can suffice
• Minimum experience: 1 year full-time Food and Beverage managerial experience is required
• Already have an Approved Manager License? Awesome! If not, let's get it and rock the role!
• Ideally, physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area
• Lead with flair! Excel in team leadership, master communication, and shine in a hotel setting.
• Stay cool under pressure! Deliver results on time, adapt to any situation, and keep the fun rolling

Base Salary: $77,000 - $80,000
