We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Sales Representative (or Program/Project Administrator with relevant skill assessment) to join our Darwin team in a pivotal client-facing role. You’ll play a hands-on part in shaping kitchen solutions that fuel the Territory’s best food businesses — from tendering and project estimating to equipment sales and client success.

About the Role
This is more than a traditional sales job. You'll be:
Managing kitchen equipment tenders and project estimations
Guiding clients on layout, flow, and technical product selection
Preparing quotes, managing suppliers, and overseeing subcontractors
Coordinating equipment orders, delivery, and installation
Ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders – chefs, architects, builders, and clients
Using CRM and project systems to track progress and maintain accuracy
You'll work closely with clients from sectors like hospitality, construction, mining, government, councils, and defence.
You’ll Succeed In This Role If You Have:
A background as a chef, cook, or hospitality operations leader with at least three years of experience in a sales role
OR: Experience as a Project or Program Administrator (ANZSCO 511231) in a technical, construction, or commercial environment
An understanding of commercial kitchens and foodservice environments
Confidence in client communication, quoting, and tendering processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts
Ability to prepare quotes and estimates so good computer skills are essential
A positive, proactive mindset and a commitment to doing things properly
Salary & Benefits:
$95,000 – $110,000 base salary
Superannuation + fully maintained vehicle
