What you'll be doing
Assisting customers with product selection and purchases
Maintaining an organised and well-stocked store environment
Inventory management
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies
Leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets/KPI's
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Driving MR truck from Shop to shop.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a sales, retail or customer service role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Enthusiasm, flexibility and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Basic financial and inventory management skills
