About the Role

As a Senior Groomer, you’ll work in a supportive and positive environment, alongside experienced bathers and a close-knit team. You’ll groom a wide variety of breeds and ensure each dog leaves happy, healthy, and looking their best.

You’ll also play a key role in making every pet (and owner) feel comfortable, respected, and well cared for.

What Matters Most

Above all, you must be genuinely caring and loving towards dogs. Skill and experience matter—but compassion and calmness are essential. We believe dogs pick up on energy, and we pride ourselves on creating a low-stress, gentle environment for every pet.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 3 years’ grooming experience, with a variety of breeds

Confidence in scissoring and breed-specific style clips

Proficiency in all aspects of grooming – bathing, drying, clipping, styling, and nail trimming

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

A calm, patient nature and a genuine love for dogs

Great communication skills and a warm, team-oriented attitude

Professional, reliable, and caring with both animals and people
