With a family friendly roster available, including 8/6, 7/7, we offer opportunities throughout the Pilbara region. Enjoy flexible working schedules, competitive remuneration of $65-$68 per hour (based on experience), superannuation on ALL hours worked, industry-leading EAP, and dedicated consultant support throughout your tenure with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver High-Quality Blast holes with accuracy and precision.
• Take ownership of the entire rig, supervise the movement, installation, maintenance and operation of drilling operations.
• Adhere to operational procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and project objectives.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 2 Years’ experience as a Blast Hole Driller in quarry and mining environments.
• Drilling Operation Certifications.
• Valid WA Heavy Rigid Drivers Licence (HR).
• Valid High Risk Forklift Licence (LF).
• Valid Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC).
• D65 experience.
• Pit Viper Autonomous (desirable).
• Pit Viper 271 experience, ideally with presplitting and collar piping experience.
• Proven adherence to safety standards and protocols in a mining or heavy industry setting.
• Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with a clean NPC.
