About the Role SustainHealth is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Perioperative Registered Nurse to join a busy and supportive surgical team based in Spring Hill, QLD. This role will suit someone confident working across anaesthetics, scrub/scout, and recovery.
We’re offering flexible contract options for nurses looking to further develop their skills in a professional environment that prioritises patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care throughout all phases of the perioperative journey
• Work across anaesthetics, scrub/scout, and PACU as required
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best practice guidelines
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Support infection control and medication safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• At least 2 years of perioperative nursing experience
• Experience in anaesthetics, scrub/scout, or recovery (PACU)
• Postgraduate qualification in perioperative nursing (desirable but not essential)
• A team player with strong communication and time management skills
• A commitment to delivering safe and effective patient care
