The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Melbourne. You’ll work across community, home, and school settings, supporting both paediatric and adult clients with a range of functional and developmental needs.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive client assessments

Developing and delivering tailored intervention plans

Prescribing assistive technology and adaptive equipment

Collaborating with families, support coordinators, and other healthcare providers

Providing functional reports for NDIS and DVA requirements

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

Our clients include:

Children and young adults with developmental delays or neurodivergence

Adults requiring support for independent living

Military veterans accessing care through the DVA

Clients accessing remote services via telehealth

Who You Are

Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) or equivalent

Registered with AHPRA

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (NDIS or DVA experience highly regarded)

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Confident working both independently and as part of a team

Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle

Required clearances (or willingness to obtain):

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check (ACT)

National Police Check

Childwise or equivalent child safety training

Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN) training
