About the role

Sparkling Noosa is seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations in Noosaville, Queensland. This is a casual position that will involve managing a team of cleaners and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained across our client properties.

What you'll be doing

Supervise a team of 1-2 cleaners, ensuring they complete all tasks to a high standard

Assist with training and provide feedback to the cleaning team

Liaise with clients to understand their cleaning requirements

Accurately report job details and times

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role or similar leadership position

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise

Reliable transportation to travel between client sites

Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
