The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis. You will contribute to a wide range of residential and commercial renovation and fitout projects across Brisbane, bringing technical expertise and attention to detail to every job.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Order and select timber and other materials; prepare layouts and measurements

Cut, shape, and assemble structural components; ensure construction accuracy

Erect frameworks, roof structures, sub-flooring, and floorboards

Install fascia panels, exterior cladding, doors, and window frames

Assemble and install cabinetry, internal fittings, and structures

Construct wood joints, repair fittings, and build formwork as needed

Work with timber, laminates, Perspex, and light metals

Coordinate with designers, tradespeople, and site managers for smooth project delivery

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Australian building codes

Requirements

Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)

Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in residential and/or commercial shop fitouts in South East QLD

Strong carpentry and fitout skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

Familiarity with Australian building codes and OH&S standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Mandarin or Cantonese language skills highly regarded
