Matrix Hydro is a fast-growing water services provider based in WA. We specialise in groundwater testing and monitoring which results in our clients gaining a better understanding of their water resource. We operate in the mining services sector, predominately throughout Western Australia, exiting Perth.

Matrix requires Bore Testing Technicians with relevant experience to perform submersible pump installations and data collection functions in relation to testing of water bores.

A combination of FIFO/DIDO conditions are offered full-time once a short trial period is completed.

Sort after experience would include: Geology or Hydrogeology background, Drilling, Dewatering technicians and other similar mining/civil roles; however, we are open to training an entry-level candidate.

Rates are negotiable for candidates that have Field Hydrogeology or Test Pumping supervision experience.

The role in summary entails:

Installation of submersible pumps, headworks and discharge.

Data Collection.

Driving heavy vehicles.

Manual handling of field equipment.

Working in remote locations.

Candidates must have:

A Current WA C class Licence.

Experience working in a safety focused environment.

Highly Desirable:

HR/HC Licence

CV / DG / LF High Risk Licence

First Aid Certificate.

Experience working with Pumping systems.

Background working with submersible pumps.

Training in Geology or Hydrogeology.
