About the Role:

As the Occupational Therapy Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a team of around 8 Occupational Therapists across a diverse caseload that includes both inpatient and community services.

This is a split clinical and managerial position, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on care while also driving service improvement, team development, and operational performance.

You’ll also play a key role in budget management, service strategy, and achieving KPIs in a forward-thinking and supportive health service.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is AHPRA-registered as an Occupational Therapist

Has prior leadership or management experience (formal or informal)

Brings a strategic mindset and is comfortable with KPIs and budgeting

Thrives in a collaborative, adaptable environment and builds great team culture
