The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a qualified and motivated Electrician to join our Maintenance team at Sara Lee. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a team that keeps our equipment running and our iconic desserts flowing.

What You’ll Do
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment and systems for emergency repairs

Performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks

Reducing downtime through effective fault finding and technical support

Installing and commissioning electrical equipment

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that boost plant efficiency

Collaborating with the Automation and Reliability Engineers to deliver practical solutions

This is a primarily day-shift role (Monday to Friday) with the flexibility to rotate to afternoon or night shift to support team leave and maintain work-life balance.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong but brings a proactive and safety-first attitude. You will bring:

A current NSW Electrical Licence

Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced troubleshooting environment

Basic automation knowledge (PLC/SCADA experience highly regarded)

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

A team mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

A commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
