As we continue to grow, we're seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Prosthetic Technician to lead and innovate within our prosthetics and digital lab operations.

About the Role

We’re searching for a Senior Dental Technician with full-spectrum skills across removable prosthetics and fixed All-on-X restorations. You'll lead a team of technicians, work directly with implant surgeons and dentists, and oversee our labs (with flexibility to support other clinics when needed).

This role requires a true "all-rounder" — someone confident in everything from immediate dentures to zirconia/titanium hybrids, who also thrives with digital design, milling, and 3D printing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate removable and fixed full-arch restorations, including All-on-4 / All-on-X cases

Design and operate digital workflows using CAD/CAM and VHF milling systems

Produce both temporary and final prostheses (PMMA, zirconia, titanium bar hybrids)

Supervise and support a team of technicians producing removable prosthetics

Liaise with dentists on complex cases including guided surgeries and intraoral scan workflows

Ensure high-quality output across all materials, aesthetics, and fit standards

Contribute to continuous lab improvements, innovation, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 10 years in prosthetics, with 5+ years hands-on experience with All-on-X
- Strong CAD/CAM capability – experience with Exocad, 3Shape, VHF milling systems essential
- Confident with both removable and fixed prosthetics
- Leadership experience – ready to mentor and manage a high-performing lab team
- Willingness to work between labs and collaborate directly with dentists and clinicians
- Takes pride in high-end aesthetic outcomes and patient-first solutions
- Understanding of implant workflows, scan protocols, and digital lab systems
- Australian work rights preferred, but sponsorship is available for the right candidate
