About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner / Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of heavy earthmoving equipment and/or fixed plant assets by effectively planning and scheduling maintenance activities.

This role offers the flexibility of both onsite work and remote arrangements, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain effective short and long-term maintenance schedules

Coordinate with maintenance teams, operations, and contractors to execute planned work

Use SAP to create, track, and manage maintenance work orders (experience desirable)

Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and equipment availability

Uphold safety, compliance, and best practice maintenance procedures

What We're Looking For:

Trade-qualified background in mechanical, electrical, or similar discipline

Experience in maintenance planning and/or process within heavy industry, mining, or similar environment

Experience with maintaining heavy earthmoving equipment and/or fixed plant

Proficiency in SAP or similar maintenance management systems (SAP experience desirable)

Strong communication and coordination skills

A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

Must have the right to work in Australia & drivers' licence
