THE OPPORTUNITY (Multiple positions available)

We are looking for construction labourers ready for an immediate start for a project based in Yatala, QLD. Normal working hours are 53 hours per week Mon - Fri and the project will be running for another 4 months, with future opportunities available. Labourers will be doing a range of duties, including pre-assembling racking components, forklift operation, and other tasks as required. We are looking for local workers living in QLD who are available to work 53hours per week, reliable and highly motivated to contribute to the delivery of the project on time.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

White Card (WC)

Forklift (LF) & relevant experience

Min 2 years experience working on a construction site

Physical ability to effectively perform manual labour

Availability to work 53 hours per week Mon - Fri

Experience in steel structure assembly is highly desirable

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Operating hand and power tools to assemble racking components.

Assisting in the assembly and installation of racking systems on-site.

Driving and operating a forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently.

Following all site-specific safety protocols, particularly those related to high-risk work procedures.

Performing general ground-level labour tasks when not operating a forklift or handling equipment.
