This industry leading Australian consumer services organisation is looking for a commercially driven FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing team. They have a strong track record of growth, focusing on driving finanical performance across key areas of the business. This role is central to delivering financial insights that influence business decisions. You'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and the financial analysis for a key portfolio. You'll work closely with the CFO to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and support sustainable growth in a competitive market.

About the Role

• Annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

• Assisting with the development of financial models

• Management reporting packs with commentary

• Commercial decision making support through financial analysis

• Business partnering with key internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• CPA/CA qualification required

• At least 3-5 + years of experience in a similar role

• Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value for executives

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
