We are looking for a recent graduate to join a highly regarded National insurance broker based in their Sydney office (Hurstville). Our client has hired multiple graduates over the past few years who have progressed into new roles, which has now opened up a position for a new graduate to join!

About the role:
You’ll be joining the team as a Graduate Assistant Insurance Broker and will be working/assisting with a range of commercial and domestic insurance clients.
A typical day will see you:

• Assisting brokers with client reports, insurance renewals, and providing certificates of currency
• Liaising via email and phone with clients and insurers/underwriters
• Responding to client queries as required
• Identifying opportunities for improved processes

What do you need?

• Full Australian working rights – Australian/NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
• Degree qualification or higher within the past 3 years
• Achieved a credit average (65%) or higher
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong team-based orientation and ability
