Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated, kind, and professional Primary and High School teachers/tutors to join our Tutoring Centre, located in the Gymea Bay area.

Subjects We Are Hiring For:

• English – Standard, Advanced, or Extension 1 or Extension 2
• Mathematics – Standard, Advanced, Extension 1 or Extension 2

Requirements:

• Applicants must have achieved an ATAR and attained a mark of 80-100% in the subjects they wish to tutor.
• Alternatively, candidates should be enrolled in related and relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degrees (e.g., Bachelor of Education).
• Please note that we are a professional organisation governed by award rates and workplace regulations.

Schedule:

Our learning centre operates from Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings, during the school term. Lessons for our High School students run from 2.30pm to 7.30pm each weekday. We offer flexibility regarding your days and hours of work.

Your role will involve:

* Tutoring Year 7-12 students individually

* Tutoring K-6 students individually

* Allocating homework tasks

* Providing your students with feedback and progress updates.
