We’re looking for a mature, reliable, and experienced individual to support our Night Manager and team during evening operations at our busy gelato shop. As Assistant Shift Manager – Nights, you’ll help ensure smooth nightly operations, lead by example in providing top-tier customer service, and support our team in creating a welcoming, efficient, and fun environment for customers and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Night Manager in overseeing evening shift operations

Ensure excellent customer service and handle any service-related issues professionally

Support and motivate team members throughout the shift

Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards

Assist with end-of-night tasks including closing procedures and cash handling

Communicate effectively with the management team to ensure smooth handovers

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality or retail (fast food or dessert experience a plus)

A calm, confident leader who thrives under pressure

Strong communication and customer service skills

A hands-on, team-first attitude

Ability to work evenings reliably (shifts conclude at 10pm)
