Your new role

In this pivotal role, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining the highest cleaning standards in strata common areas across Adelaide, typically covering one to two sites per day. Your duties include executing daily cleaning routines such as detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, and sanitising high-touch areas like door handles, railings, and elevator buttons. You will manage waste disposal, replenish supplies in communal restrooms and break areas, and perform deep-cleaning tasks on floors, carpets, and hard surfaces to ensure every area reflects the company's commitment to quality, safety, and excellence. By utilising innovative cleaning methods and adhering to stringent health and safety protocols, your work will directly contribute to preserving property values and enhancing client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team, you will help maintain pristine environments that uphold the organisation's reputation for outstanding service.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven previous cleaning experience, preferably with strata properties
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols in property maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Positive attitude and a willingness to grow within the company
• Effective communication skills and customer-focused approach
• Flexibility to manage one to two Adelaide sites daily
