Our client is a global leader in connected vehicle technology, driving innovation in automotive data and analytics. They are seeking a highly experienced Testing and Validation Engineer to support a 12-month project focused on advanced data collection, signal processing, and in-vehicle system validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate Advanced Data Collection (ADC) scripts.
  
• Instrument vehicles and acquire in-vehicle data for testing and analysis.
  
• Lead signal processing and correlation studies across multiple data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  
• Develop AI/ML models to predict outcomes aligned with project goals.
  
• Create scalable data visualisation tools to support engineering analysis.
  
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration with local and North American teams.
  
• Support vehicle testing activities, including on-road and proving ground testing.
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years in in-vehicle data acquisition and signal processing.
  
• 3+ years working with connected vehicle data.
  
• Proficiency with CANalyzer (must-have) and ATI Vision.
  
• Strong scripting and data analysis skills (MATLAB, Python, SQL, Alteryx – desirable).
  
• Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and their application to automotive data is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent communication and self-management skills.
  
• Valid driver’s license required (testing may involve driving vehicles in public roads and test tracks).
