Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and results-driven Retail Store Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our Vodafone stores located in Sunshine Plaza Shopping centre (Maroochydore). This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in telecommunications retail who are passionate about team leadership, customer engagement, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of retail staff to meet individual and store-wide KPIs

Hiring, training team members for store and reporting to higher management

Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory control, rostering, and compliance

Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalations with professionalism

Manage visual merchandising, store presentation, and Vodafone brand compliance

Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and performance evaluations

Collaborate with upper management and Vodafone corporate team for campaign rollouts

Identify business growth opportunities within the local market

Skills & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management (preferably in telecommunications or electronics)

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Sound decision-making and conflict-resolution ability

Tech-savvy with knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office

High-level organisational and multitasking capabilities

Remuneration Package

Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 AUD based on experience

Superannuation: 12%

Performance Incentives: Paid Monthly based on KPI achievement
