About the role

Joint Construction Group Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Concreter to join our growing team in Perth, WA. As a Lead Concreter, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our concrete projects, using your expertise to ensure high-quality concrete work and contribute to the overall success of the company. This is a full-time position based in Perth.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and pouring concrete for domestic and commercial projects. Exposed Aggregate and all types of Grey concrete experience is A MUST HAVE!

Smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces using trowel machines and standard finishing hand tools

Performing basic layout and measurements to ensure accurate concrete placement

Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate jobs from start to finish alongside onsite Company Director

Maintaining a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures

Providing support and mentoring to less experienced team members

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Concreter in the construction industry

Experienced with Exposed Aggregate concrete is AMUST and be able to provide references to support this

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

Skilled in the use of concrete finishing tools and equipment

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Current Construction Induction (White) Card and a valid driver's license

Own Transport (Right candidate will get company car/truck - post probation)

Must NOT BE ON DRUGS or a complete time waster, blowing days/no shows, asking for pay advances daily or general drama. We do not tolerate it and position will be terminated on the spot if identified
