We’re seeking experienced HR Drivers to join a leading waste management company in Rocklea, Brisbane Southside. You'll operate waste collection and transport vehicles – an essential role with early starts and strong ongoing potential.

Responsibilities

As an HR Driver, you'll be involved in core waste management functions, including:

Driving HR/HC trucks (skip bin, commercial, industrial waste collection)

Performing waste sorting, resource recovery, and landfill transfers

Conducting loading and unloading tasks at depots (Rocklea, Northgate, Swanbank)

Adhering to safety and compliance protocols at all times

Your Profile

We’re looking for drivers who:

Have 1–2+ years’ experience as an HR driver, including skip-bin or waste truck operations

Hold a valid HR licence (HC licence is a bonus)

Are safety-conscious with excellent attention to detail

Can complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing

Are reliable and motivated to build a long-term career in the waste industry
