We are seeking highly capable and values-driven individuals to join our fantastic Facilities Management team at North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS). You will have the opportunity to embody the NMHS Values and make a real difference by providing safe quality care through expertise and teamwork.

This is for two (2) Permanent Full Time appointments and one (1) Fixed Term Full Time appointment for six (6) months with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

What is our Plumber role?

This position maintains a high-quality environment for patients, staff, and all site users by carrying out plumbing and gas fitting works and maintenance for all plant, equipment services, facilities, and buildings for NMHS.

Facilities Management are responsible for operating and maintaining health assets to ensure they remain functional and can support the delivery of high-quality healthcare to consumers.

The Facilities Management team provides services and support across a range of facilities operated by Sir Charles Gairdner Osborne Park Health Care Group, Mental Health Public Health Dental Services, as well as Women and Newborn Health Service. Additionally, Facilities Management also support tenant management activities for leased properties.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
