About the Role

You’ll be delivering tailored skin treatments using results-driven, corneotherapy-aligned skincare (Dermaviduals) in a calm, soulful space.

Clients aren’t just treated, they’re cared for. This role is perfect for someone who loves building client relationships and is ready to grow with a business that values natural beauty, education, and long-term wellness.

Your Key Responsibilities

Perform bespoke holistic facial treatments, skin needling, skin consultations, and treatment planning.

Support skin health through education and client care — before, during, and after their visits.

Confidently work with corneotherapeutic skincare or be open to learning it.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, professionalism, and calm energy in the space.

Respond to client messages, phone calls, and booking enquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Participate in occasional events, education nights, or community workshops.

Offer a client-first approach that aligns with Birdie HQ’s values of simplicity, honesty, and gentle luxury.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

Is qualified in Beauty Therapy (Cert IV or Diploma minimum)

Has at least 2 years of hands-on experience post-qualification

Is passionate about skin health, with an interest in holistic wellness or natural therapies

Is warm, grounded, and genuinely interested in connecting with people

Is familiar with (or open to training in) corneotherapy, LED light therapy, skin needling

Is aligned with our values — someone who believes in slow beauty, intuitive care, and high-quality, minimalist products

Brings initiative, strong attention to detail, and a professional work ethic

Brow’s are also our thing so if you have experience in wax and tinting, even better!

Bonus Points If You…

Have experience with Dermaviduals or corneotherapy-based skincare

Have a background or interest in naturopathy, nutrition, or wellness
