AULDEC Solutions Pty Ltd is expanding its team and is on the lookout for skilled Local Electricians to join us. This role includes some FIFO (fly-in/fly-out) commitments—typically one week per month. This full-time role is ideal for experienced professionals who want to contribute their expertise to a dynamic organisation within the commercial, industrial, power distribution, renewables, infrastructure, mining, and oil and gas industries and gain experience in High and Low Voltage systems across Australia.

What you'll be doing

Undertake a variety of electrical installations, maintenance and repair work.

Assist with general trades duties as required.

Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with relevant regulations and standards.

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to work undertaken.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

AULDEC allows individuals to work abroad in Australia; we have exciting opportunities for FIFO roles in 2025, with all flights, accommodation, and food expenses allowances covered. Whether you are new to FIFO or experienced, you have an opportunity we're looking for you.

Electricians:

Ability to perform at different locations and tasks such as:

Substations and Underground Power Distribution Systems Project Works;

Mining Surface and Underground Projects;

Oil & Gas Project Works;

Renewable Project Works;

Infrastructure Project Works;

Industrial settings for both construction and maintenance;

Commercial construction and maintenance.

Proven experience, preferably within a minimum of commercial, industrial or power distribution settings.

Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team and clients.

A commitment to workplace health and safety and a proactive approach to risk management.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.

Ability to complete and pass pre-employment medical testing.
