What You’ll Be Doing

As a valued member of our supportive, multidisciplinary team across one of our service streams — Across Life Span, Paediatrics, or Telehealth — you’ll deliver:

Comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments

Individualised, evidence-based therapy plans

Services in flexible settings: clinic, home, school, community, or telehealth

Education and support for clients, families, carers, and educators

Collaborative care with allied health and medical professionals

Clear and compliant clinical documentation

Contributions to service innovation and best practice

What You’ll Need

A degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership or eligibility

Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills

Confidence using telehealth platforms (for remote roles)

A client-first, outcomes-focused mindset

Willingness to grow and learn in a collaborative team environment
