About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team, where you'll be supported to grow your skills and confidence in delivering person-centred care. In this role, you'll work closely under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of patients while developing your practice from novice to proficient level. We’re seeking an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care and eager to develop professionally within a supportive and collaborative team.
Demonstrated compassion and commitment to delivering safe, respectful, and effective nursing care
Willingness to work under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Midwife while maintaining accountability for your own practice
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a desire to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Motivation to grow your clinical skills and confidence from a novice to a proficient level through ongoing learning and feedback
