We’re looking for experienced Civil All-Round Operators to join a major new mine development project – Syncline 2, part of Rio Tinto’s Western Pre-Strip works.

What we’re looking for:

• Dozers
• Loaders
• Excavators
• Moxy
• Water Cart

• Civil Operators with at least 12 months' experience in mining or heavy civil - essential
• All-Rounders skilled in operating a minimum of two (2) of the following machines (tickets essential):

• Strong work ethic, team attitude and reliability are non-negotiables
• Rio Tinto Inducted

Scope of work includes:

• Bulk earthworks
• Pad construction
• LV tracks
• Laydowns
• Camp pads
• Access tracks
• Corridor development for overhead crane installation
