About the role

Cawarra Smash Repairs is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our team in Taren Point, NSW. This is a full-time role, where you will play a crucial part in the repair of motor vehicles following accidents or damage.

What you'll be doing

Removing and replacing or repairing damaged body panels, components, and trim

Performing metal straightening, filling, and finishing techniques

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Collaborating with the broader team to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in panel beating or auto body repair

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as a panel beater

Strong technical skills in metalworking, welding

Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship

Good problem-solving and time management abilities

Commitment to safe work practices

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
