Flying Foam is looking for an enthusiastic person to fulfill the role of Distiller. Don‘t worry, no experience necessary (but advantageous) and on the job training is provided.

We are a growing company with a fantastic client base, which wants an enthusiastic “can do” attitude kind of person, to be part of our team. Our new team member would be responsible for the operation, production and processing of Gin and Vodka spirits.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Produce consistent quality spirits across sites in W.A.

Manage distillation logs, excise returns, ingredients sourcing, recipe development and stock control.

Keep up to date with regulations of occupational health and safety regarding distillery operations.

Understanding of services including water and trade waste management.

Day to day, servicing and maintenance of equipment.

Oversee safe delivery of equipment to site and installation to services.

Unpacking shipping containers of equipment when required.

Conduct first test runs and commissioning.

Conduct general and CIP cleaning of Flying Foam equipment.

Salary negotiable based on previous work experience.
