Join Our Team – Stockpile Dozer Operators Wanted for at Foxleigh Mine

Protech is seeking skilled and experienced Stockpile Dozer Operators to become part of our committed team at Foxleigh Coal Mine.

Since partnering with Foxleigh in early 2019, Protech has proudly supported operations at this well-established site. Located just 15km from Middlemount, Queensland, Foxleigh Mine boasts an annual coal production capacity of 3 million tonnes. With a projected minimum of 10 years of mine life remaining, this opportunity offers long-term career stability in the mining industry.

ROLE DUTIES:

Operation of D10, D11 Dozers

Moving the coal into the stockpile areas until it is required to be transported

Moving, pushing, and spreading materials within a stockpile area

Ensuring the stockpile is properly shaped and compacted, and managing material flow to and from the stockpile

Conducting pre-start checks, identifying and reporting hazards, working safely around other personnel and equipment, and adhering to safety procedures

Operating the dozer efficiently and effectively, adjusting techniques to suit site conditions

$56.00 hr – Full-Time Flat Rate (Day/Night)

12-hour shifts offered on a 7/7 even time roster (alternating dayshift & nightshift)

Onsite Protech Support Staff - Trainer Assessor and Account Manager!

ABOUT YOU:

Previous experience in a similar role within the mining industry

RII Competencies: Recognized statement of attainment for RIIMPO305F Conduct coal stockpile dozer operations or similar units.

Signed SSE Training Transcript

Ancillary Equipment Experience: Experience on a Loader may be an advantage.

Health Assessment (CBM) (or willing to obtain)

Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)

Current MC Drivers Licence

Rights to Work (Birth Certificate or Current Passport)
