Salary: $$90,000, plus company car & quarterly bonuses + Super

Peppertree Early Education Centre is a family-owned, purpose-built early childhood education service in the heart of Oxley Park. With a capacity of 71 places (ages 0-6), we’re proud to offer a nurturing, creative and play-based learning environment where every child is known and valued.
We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director & Nominated Supervisor to take the lead in shaping the future of our brand-new centre. This is a long-term leadership opportunity for someone who truly wants to make an impact, build a business and experience growth, not just manage a service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You are an experienced and inspiring Early Childhood leader who is committed to educational excellence and building a positive culture. You bring strong management skills, a child-first philosophy, and a passion for supporting educators to be their best.
To be considered, you will have:
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Minimum 3–5 years’ Director/Centre Manager experience in Early Childhood
Strong leadership in team development, culture and retention
Working knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations (NSW)
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Approved Child Protection Training
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Australian working rights (citizenship, residency or visa)
Confident communication, people management and administrative skills
Proven ability to drive occupancy, build community relationships and lead continuous improvement
