We are actively seeking dedicated Shipyard Labourers to join our marine maintenance and repair team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sanding, grinding, and cleaning of hulls and marine surfaces
• Assisting trades with surface preparation and maintenance tasks
• Operating power tools and hand tools
• General labouring duties in and around the shipyard
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area

What You Bring to the Team:

• Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights
• Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in marine or industrial environments
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
• A can-do attitude and willingness to take on physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to safety
