Allstate Civil has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Final Trim Excavator Operator to join our growing team, working on major civil and mining infrastructure projects across the Bowen Basin.
This is a Drive-In / Drive-Out (DIDO) role, ideally suited to candidates based in Mackay, Rockhampton, Emerald, or Moranbah.

Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking to employ an experienced operator to assist in the delivery of our civil projects across BMA mines within the Bowen Basin.
The Role
We are seeking a Final Trim Excavator Operator with demonstrated experience on civil and mining earthworks projects. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience operating final trim excavators in civil construction
Exceptional work ethic & high reliability
A strong commitment to safety and quality
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Current RII qualifications for Excavator operations
Ability to work well within a team
Great communication skills
Desirable:
Current Coal Board Medical
Standard 11 (Surface induction)
Relevant RIIs are preferred
Current BMA site inductions
